Event: The Energy
Club & Film Club

Organizer:

Description: The Energy Club & Film Club is proud to present "The Great Global Warming Swindle". Released in July 2007, this controversial movie argues against Al Gore's movie "The Inconvenient Truth".  Come see the other side of the argument and make the decision for yourself!

Description of the movie (from IMDB and Blockbuster.co.uk): Everything you've ever been told about Global Warming is probably untrue. Only very rarely can a documentary be seen as a pivotal moment in a major political debate, but such is "The Great Global Warming Swindle". Never before has there been such a devastatingly authoritative account of how the hysteria over global warming has parted company with reality. Martin Durkin's superbly professional film shows how the evidence is no overwhelming that the chief cause of climate change is not human activity, but changes in the radiation from the sun.

Pizza will be provided!
